FLEXO FX4.3 SERIES 4-ROLL PLATE ROLLING MACHINES

The series FX4.3 represents the hydraulic 4-roll plate rolling ma-chines with straight guides and complete double prebending.

These machines are accurate, easy-to-use, and fast. They perform the double prebending without requiring plate extraction and turning. The plate is pinched between the upper and lower rolls, both with driven rotation. The side rolls, with in-dependent raise and lower motion, perform the required bending during rolling.

The machines are standard equipped with a number of devices that guarantee maximum operative flexibility (see the standard equipment table).

The entire range can be equipped with CNC and other optional accessories, becoming an efficient plate rolling system with extremely short cycle times.

Roll rotation is assured by two planetary gearboxes that guarantee superior drive torque.
