FLEXO FX3.3 SERIES 3-ROLL PLATE ROLLING MACHINES

The series FX3.3 marks the me-chanical 3-roll asymmetrical plate rolling machines with complete single pre-bending. The side roll (bending roll) is standard assembled with steel supports and bearings to guarantee greater reliability and minimum fric-tion over time. The roll rotation of these machines is applied to the up-per and lower rolls using a selfbraking motor coupled with a reducer. Mo-torized plate pinching is performed by the lower roll using a straight up and down movement. An interesting application also provides variable roll rotation speed adjustment with the use of an INVERTER. By reduc-ing the speed during the initial plate deformation phases, this application allows for greater control and better results and, for large diameters, pro-cess time savings.

Compared to the traditional machines, this allows small square or rectangu-lar tubular structures to be shaped from low gauge plate. Equipped with Tempered rolls, Cone device, and Motorized plate pinching, the FX3.3 series is an excellent compromise in quality and economic processing, as well as being easy to use.
