FLEXO FX3.1 SERIES MECHANICAL 3-ROLL PLATE ROLLING MACHINES

The series FX3.1 marks the ME-CHANICAL 3-ROLL ASYMMETRI-CAL PLATE ROLLING MACHINES with complete single pre-bending. The side roll has a straight up and down movement and the rotation of the rolls on these machines is applied to the lower and upper roll. The plate is pinched by the bottom roll, which is raised and lowered in a straight line by means of a dual-bearing device. The easy use of these machines for making fi lters, small sized cones, and small diameter pipes make them an excellent compromise for quality and economic processing. All versions are equipped for interchanging the UPPER ROLL with two standard di-ameters, allowing the production of pipes with very small diameters.
